The Plaintiffs Diagnosis Report provides an overview of a firm’s Plaintiffs by grouping clients based on diagnosed conditions and injury tiers and then presenting the data through KPIs, charts, and graphs. Visuals include:

The Housing Data with Diagnosis Report organizes and displays geographical data from researched maps of Camp Lejeune’s housing locations between 1953 and 1987. A heat map provides a visual overview of areas where a higher concentration of clients resided. The report can be filtered by specific housing locations, service dates, diagnosis, Settlement Tracks, and EO qualifications.

The Exposure Score™ Summary Report is modeled after Judge Hellerstein’s injury ranking system from the 9/11 litigation, which assessed injury severity (on a scale of zero to four) to prioritize cases for early resolution. In the Camp Lejeune litigation, our objective criteria, based on the Government’s ATSDR study, are used to identify claims suitable for early settlement. The Exposure Score will adapt as new studies or settlement proposals emerge. Unlike a settlement matrix, this ranking system does not establish a causal link between toxic water and diseases. Instead, SimplyConvert’s EO Optimizer and Exposure Score assist lawyers, Settlement Masters, and stakeholders in identifying the best settlement pathways for each plaintiff.

The Client Profile & Age Report compares wrongful death and personal injury cases, focusing on age analysis. It presents an overview of a firm’s plaintiffs, grouping clients by age and condition through charts and graphs. During our analysis, we identified a group of clients with significantly higher average ages compared to peers diagnosed with the same condition who have passed away. This report enables firms to isolate and prioritize these clients for settlement if their life expectancy is believed to be limited.

The Camp Lejeune Elective Option (EO) Optimizer™ Report summarizes the plaintiffs who qualify for the Navy’s Elective Option and their potential settlement offers.
However, the Navy’s Elective Option (EO) does not compensate based on injury severity or the presence of multiple conditions. Instead, in September 2023, the Navy introduced a tiered settlement structure for diagnoses the VA considers “presumptively service-connected,” determined by the date of diagnosis or first treatment.
Although the limitations of these tiers cannot yet be quantified, SimplyConvert’s Exposure Score offers an objective criterion that aligns with the Government’s ATSDR study, helping identify cases that may qualify for future settlements. The EO mandates that all injuries must have been diagnosed or treated before August 10, 2022 (“onset test”) and requires the diagnosis to occur at least two years after initial exposure but no more than 35 years after the last exposure (“latency test”).

The Deficiency Summary Report provides a view into the Military Members’ data required to complete a case file. Additionally, charts and graphs highlight more prevalent deficiencies while also drilling down to deficiencies for individual clients.
